Ingredients
Method
- 1
Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray.
- 2
Blend the chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder and salt until completely smooth, scraping down the sides once or twice.
- 3
Stir in the chocolate chips. The dough will be soft and sticky.
- 4
Scoop 12 spoonfuls onto the tray and flatten each a little with wet fingers.
- 5
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are set. Let them cool on the tray; they firm up as they cool.
They're best the next day, once they've gone properly chewy.
