What is wheat fiber extract?
Wheat fiber extract is fiber taken from wheat, usually from the bran or the stalks, and refined into a fine, light powder. It's the plant's own structural fiber, separated from the flour and most of the rest of the grain.
Where it comes from
Wheat is a grass grown across the world's temperate plains.
The bran is the grain's outer layer, and the stalks become straw after harvest.
